This rug is made by stiching together multiple strips of recycled fabric. This creative reuse of old material called 'upcycling' is a way to prevent wasting potentially useful materials and supports the awareness of an eco-conscious consumption. This idea has been realised in our product. After the cleaning and cutting of the fabric the rug is crocheted. With the use of another fabric for the edges, the rug gains a further unique special feature. It is a single item. This product can be cleaned at low temperature in the washing machine.
